Today’s clean and simple card was inspired by yesterday’s exclusive sketch — and gives you a little Sneak Peek at products coming November 4! The Friendly Foliage Bundle, Lasting Linen Background Stamp, and Earthy Matte Dots work together perfectly to create soft texture, beautiful layers, and a heartfelt message.

This card was also inspired by Stampin’ Up!’s stunning product samples shown below — the delicate die-cut leaves and modern framing are perfect for so many occasions!

measure & cut (from bottom to top):

card base:

• Basic White Thick Cardstok: 4 1/4 x 11, scored at 5 1/2

layers (from bottom to top & before die-cutting):

• Cajun Craze Cardstock: 3 7/8 x 5 1/8
• Basic White Cardstock: 3 3/4 x 5
• Basic White Cardstock: 3 x 4 (before all die-cutting)
• Cajun Craze Cardstock: 2 1/8 x 5/8 (sentiment)

envelope flap:

• Splendid Autumn Designer Series Paper: 5 3/4 x 2 1/2

stamp (clear blocks or stamp positioning tool):

• To create the ombré look with the Lasting Linen Background Stamp, ink the top with Pretty in Pink, the middle with Calypso Coral, and the bottom with Cajun Craze. Use Blending Brushes to soften the transitions and blend away any harsh ink lines. Stamp onto the Basic White layer.
• Stamp the framed foliage image in Cajun Craze Classic Ink onto the Basic White die-cutting layer.
• Stamp the sentiment (Friendly Foliage Stamp Set) in Versamark Ink onto the piece of Cajun Craze Cardstock. Cover with Basics WOW! White Embossing Powder and set with a Heat Tool.

crop & cut:

• Use a ​​Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine​​ (Standard or Mini) to crop the framed foliage stamped image with the two coordinating Friendly Foliage dies and 3 foliage die-cuts as shown.

assemble & adhere:

• Burnish the fold of the card base with a Bone Folder.
• Adhere the stamped linen layer to the Cajun Craze layer together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and to the card base with Stampin' Dimensionals.
• Adhere the framed foliage die-cut to the card as shown with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.
• Adhere the 3 foliage die-cuts as shown with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
• Adhere the sentiment as shown with Stampin' Dimensionals.

embellish:

• Embellish with 3 Cajun Craze Earthy Matte Dots.

envelope:

• Adhere the 5 3/4 x 2 1/4 Designer Series Paper to a Basic White Medium envelope flap with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Tip: Add glue to the flap, not the Designer Series Paper.
