Today’s square card showcases the Painterly Pears Suite Collection from Stampin’ Up!—a true standout for its hand-painted artistry and rich color palette. I designed this card using the exclusive sketch I shared yesterday, giving it a fresh, layered look that’s both simple and striking.

The mix of patterned paper, a crisp sentiment banner, and the beautiful cluster of pears make this card perfect for expressing gratitude in style. It’s an easy layout you can recreate again and again, whether you’re making thank you cards or adapting the sketch for another occasion.

measure & cut (from bottom to top):

card base:

• Old Olive Cardstock: 5 1/2 x 11, scored at 5 1/2

layers (from bottom to top & before die-cutting):

• Painterly Pears Designer Series Paper: 5 1/4 x 5 1/4
• Mossy Meadow Cardstock: 4 1/4 x 4 1/4
• Painterly Pears Designer Series Paper: 3 3/4 x 3 3/4
• Secret Sea Cardstock: 4 x 1
• Painterly Pears Designer Series Paper: 3 x 3/4
• Basic White Cardstock (sentiment): 2 x 1/2 (before die-cutting)
• Painterly Pears Designer Series Paper: Cropped Pear Images

stamp:

• Use a Clear Block B or Stamp Positioning Tool to stamp the sentiment (Perfectly Pears Stamp Set) in Secret Sea Classic Ink onto the Basic White sentiment layer.

crop & cut:

• Use a ​​Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine​​ (Standard or Mini) to crop the sentiment with the coordinating Perfectly Pears die.
• Crop the pear images from the Designer Series Paper with a ​​Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine​​ (Standard or Mini) and the coordinating Perfectly Pear dies.
• Flag the ends of the Secret Sea Cardstock, Designer Series Paper and Sentiment a 1/4 inch in with a scissors.

assemble & adhere:

• Burnish the fold of the card base with a Bone Folder.
• Adhere the Designer Series Paper to the card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
• Adhere the Designer Series Paper to the Mossy Meadow layer with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Wrap with Mossy Meadow & Gold 1/4" ribbon, adhering to the back side with Stampin' Seal. Adhere to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals.
• Adhere the DSP and Secret Sea flagged banners together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and to the card as shown with Stampin' Dimensionals.
• Adhere the large pear and leaves die-cuts together and to the card with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
• Adhere the sentiment and small pear die-cuts together and to the card with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.

embellish:

• Embellish with 5 Secret Sea Low Profile Sparkle Dots.
