measure & cut (from bottom to top):

card base:

  • Basic White Thick Cardstock: 4 1/4 x 11, scored at 5 1/2

layers (before die-cutting/punching):

  • Mossy Meadow Two-Tone Cardstock: 4 x 4 1/4
  • Cute as a Bug Designer Series Paper: 3 7/8 x 5 1/4
  • Mossy Meadow Two-Tone Cardstock: 3 1/2 x 4 7/8
  • Cute as a Bug Designer Series Paper: 3 1/4 x 4 5/8
  • Basic White Cardstock: 3 x 1/2 (before cropping)

envelope flap:

  • Cute as a Bug Designer Series Paper: 5 3/4 x 2 1/4

stamp (clear blocks or stamp positioning tool):

  • Stamp the sentiment (Sweet Bugs Stamp Set) in Cajun Craze Classic Ink onto the Basic White layer (slightly to the left).

crop, cut, assemble, adhere (from bottom to top) & embellish:

  • Burnish the fold of the card base with a Bone Folder.
  • Layer and adhere the Designer Series Paper to the dark side of the Mossy Meadow Two-Tone together and to the card with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
  • Layer and adhere the Designer Series Paper to the light side of the Mossy Meadow Two-Tone together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
  • Double wrap with Old Olive Linen Thread, securing with a bow on the left.
  • Adhere the layer to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals.
  • Crop the right side of the sentiment with the Three Banners Punch. Adhere as shown with Stampin' Dimensionals.
  • Embellish with three Old Olive Moody Palette Glossy Dots.

envelope:

  • Adhere the 5 3/4 x 2 1/4 Designer Series Paper to a Basic White Medium envelope flap with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Tip: Add glue to the flap, not the Designer Series Paper.
