measure & cut (from bottom to top):

card base:

  • Basic White Thick Cardstock: 4 1/4 x 11, scored at 5 1/2

layers (before die-cutting):

  • Basic White Thick Cardstock: 3 3/4 x 4 3/4
  • Basic White Cardstock: 3 x 4
  • Basic White Cardstock: 3 1/4 x 4 1/4
  • Pretty in Pink Cardstock: 2 1/2 x 3 1/2
  • Soft Sea Foam Cardstock: 2 1/2 x 3 1/2
  • Basic White Cardstock: 2 1/2 x 1 (sentiment)

envelope flap:

  • 2024-2026 In Color Designer Series Paper: 5 3/4 x 2 1/4

stamp (clear blocks or stamp positioning tool):

  • Stamp the sentiment (Fragrant Layers Stamp Set) in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink onto the sentiment layer.

crop, cut, assemble, adhere & embellish:

  • Burnish the fold of the card base with a Bone Folder.
  • Use a Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine (Standard or Mini) to crop the sentiment with the coordinating die.
  • Use a Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine (Standard) to crop the floral die-cut from the center of the 3 1/4 x 4 1/4 piece of Basic White Cardstock. Repeat by cropping the same die from Pretty in Pink and Soft Sea Foam cardstock.
Tip: Keep the die-cut pieces in order as you remove them—this will make assembly much easier.
  • Adhere the 3 x 4 piece of Basic White Cardstock to the back of the die-cut piece with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
  • Insert and adhere the Pretty in Pink and Soft Sea Foam die-cut pieces into the openings as shown using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Tip: A Take Your Pick Tool (Putty Tip) is helpful for placing the small pieces while keeping glue off your fingers.
  • Layer and adhere the two Basic White panels together using Stampin' Dimensionals.
  • Wrap the layered panel with White Baker’s Twine, tying a bow. Adhere the panel to the card base using Stampin' Dimensionals.
  • Adhere the sentiment using Stampin' Dimensionals.
Tip: Cut the Dimensionals in half and place them on each side of the Baker’s Twine to create a small trough. This allows the sentiment to sit evenly over the twine.

envelope:

  • Adhere the 5 3/4 x 2 1/4 Designer Series Paper to a Basic White Medium envelope flap with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Tip: Add glue to the flap, not the Designer Series Paper.

The 2024–2026 In Colors are officially heading toward retirement, which means it’s time to grab your favorites before they disappear. Peach Pie, Petunia Pop, Shy Shamrock, Pretty in Pink and Summer Splash have been such a fun, fresh palette for card making—and once retiring items start selling down, they’re gone for good. Some products in these colors are already showing low inventory, so if you’ve been meaning to add refills, cardstock, Designer Series Paper or embellishments to your stash, now is the time to shop before they sell out.
