measure & cut (from bottom to top):

card base:

Basic White Thick Cardstock: 4 1/4 x 11, scored at 5 1/2

layers (from bottom to top):

Secret Sea Cardstock: 3 3/4 x 5
Cloud Cover Cardstock: 3 1/2 x 4 3/4
Basic White Cardstock: 3 1/4 x 4 1/2
Beautiful Gallery Designer Series Paper: 3 x 4 1/4
Secret Sea Cardstock (sentiment): 2 x 2 (before cropping)

envelope flap:

Beautiful Gallery Designer Series Paper: 5 3/4 x 2 1/4

stamp:

Use a Clear Block C or a Mini MISTI Stamp Positioning Tool to stamp the sentiment (Beautiful Motifs Stamp Sets) in Versamark Ink onto the piece of Secret Sea Cardstock that has been rubbed with an Embossing Buddy. Cover with white Basics WOW! Embossing Powder and set with a Heat Tool.

crop:

Use a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Standard or Mini) to crop the sentiment with the Stylish Shapes 1 11/16 stitched circle die.

assemble & adhere:

Burnish the fold of the card base with a Bone Folder.
Layer and adhere the all layers together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and to the card base with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Adhere the sentiment as shown with Stampin' Dimensionals.
