DOUBLE CARD TUTORIAL! Today's two cards showcase two beautiful patterns from the Glow of Harvest Designer Series Paper (Stampin' Up! August Product of the Month), and I love how simply changing the Designer Series Paper creates a completely different look. One features a soft pumpkin print, while the other highlights those gorgeous fall florals.

The warm gold and rust tones are perfect for the season, and the simple layers let the patterned paper do the work. A little linen thread, a scalloped sentiment and a few delicate embellishments finish each card without covering up all that pretty paper.

measure & cut (from bottom to top):

card base:

• Golden Glow Cardstock: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, scored at 4 1/4 (side)

layers (before die-cutting/punching):

• Glow of Harvest Designer Series Paper: 4 1/2 x 2
• Cajun Craze Cardstock: 3 x 4 3/4
• Glow of Harvest Designer Series Paper: 2 3/4 x 4 1/2
• Golden Glow Cardstock: 2 3/4 x 1 1/2

stamp (clear blocks or stamp positioner):

• Stamp the sentiment (Scalloped Blooms Stamp Set) in Versamark Ink onto the piece of Golden Glow Cardstock that has been rubbed with an Embossing Buddy. Cover with white WOW! Basics Embossing Powder. Set with a Heat Tool.

cut, assemble, adhere & embellish:

• Burnish the folds of the card base with a Bone Folder.
• Adhere the strip of Designer Series Paper to the card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
• Adhere the Designer Series Paper to the Cajun Craze Cardstock with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
• Double wrap with Linen Thread, securing with a bow on the left side.
• Adhere to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals.

• Use a Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine (Standard or Mini) to crop the sentiment with the coordinating Scalloped Blooms die, positioning the sentiment near the top of the die. Reposition the die and crop a second time to remove one row of scallops and create the shorter label shown. Adhere with Stampin' Dimensionals.
• Embellish with Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels.
